Ongoing support for your automation or website
Every automation or website project with The Collective ends with a working handoff. After launch, ongoing support is your choice. You can use it when you need it, at $50/hour, and you're billed only for the time used.
What support can cover
Support is for clients whose automation or website we've built. Depending on what you need, it can include:
- Answering questions about how your automation or website works
- Adjusting workflows, approval steps or agent instructions
- Troubleshooting something that isn't working as expected
- Updating connections after a change to one of your tools
- Website text, image or page updates
- Planning and scoping additions to your system
Every request is different, so we'll confirm what's involved before larger work begins.
How to request help
Email support@the-ai-collective.com. Tell us what you need, which part of your automation or website it involves, and anything you've already tried. Or book a support call below.
Book a support call
Pick a time that works for you:
Book a support callBooking is free and no card is needed. Any time beyond the free 15 minutes is billed afterward by itemized invoice.
We don't record support calls.
If the call shows the task will take more than 2 hours, you'll get a written estimate before we start.
How billing works
- $50/hour, billed only for time used, in 15-minute increments, rounded to the nearest 15 minutes. The first 15 minutes of each booked support call are free.
- The first 15 minutes of every booked support call are free. If a call runs longer, billing starts at minute 15 at $50/hour, in 15-minute increments ($12.50 each). Billed time is rounded to the nearest 15 minutes (under 7.5 minutes rounds down; 7.5 minutes or more rounds up). Email support and work outside a call are billed from the first minute at the same rate. Free time doesn't carry over or add up across calls.
- A written estimate before any task over 2 hours.
- Nothing is billed without an itemized invoice.
- No subscription or monthly minimum.
- Third-party apps and software subscriptions your system uses are billed to you directly by those providers.
